Damaged Goods or Missing Items

In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, or an item(s) is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or missing goods, or arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or missing. This guarantee does not apply to products which have been intentionally damaged or misused.

We will not accept returns due to change of mind. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will work to ensure that refunds are handled as efficiently as possible, however please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
