Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once the order confirmation is sent to you. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

The Good Samaritan Natural Therapy Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages, unless the issue occurs during transit. For shipped orders, if no one is available on the premises, a courier may leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so. It is the responsibility of the recipient to collect the parcel at the delivery location.

 

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia within around 5 days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing Your Order

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

We ship domestically within Australia only. All our orders are shipped via AUSPOST. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Online orders are also available for local pickup at no additional charge, Monday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) & Tuesday - Friday (between 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM). If you attempt to collect your order outside of these designated hours, we cannot guarantee that it will be ready for you.

You may be required to present your confirmation email or invoice as proof of purchase, so please have this ready with you.

PICKUP WITH APPOINTMENT

Customers who have a scheduled reflexology appointment with us can collect their online order in person at no additional charge. Please note that the standard order processing times still apply.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is dependent on the total weight of the items.

STANDARD POSTAGE (PARCEL POST)

  • Weight: up to 500g

    • Shipping fee: $10.60

  • Weight: 500g to 1kg

    • Shipping fee: $14.50

  • Weight: 1kg to 3kg

    • Shipping fee: $18.25

  • Weight: 3kg to 5kg

    • Shipping fee: $21.95

Delivery Times

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for dispatch. Please allow additional time for regional and rural deliveries.

Delivery Delays

If a shipping delivery is delayed, customers will be informed of the issue within 72 hours.
